How do I make a referral?
You can make a referral with as little as the name of an injured worker that is critically injured and in a trauma unit. We make referrals easy and convenient for you.

Where are you located and do you travel?
Orchard Medical Consulting has multiple locations in the Southwest. We are currently able to cover statewide in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. Orchard Global has exceptional Case Managers in 35+ states nationwide. Please refer to our coverage list on our Services page.
What do you charge?

Will you copy files?
Yes. There are Account Managers in our core states of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah who will copy files and obtain clear directions from you. These instructions will be communicated to all staff involved. For all other states, please contact Ashley Miller at 602-515-8759 for records arrangements.
Are there any charges I may not be aware of when I call you?

Is Orchard Medical Consulting an independent company?
Yes, Orchard is a nurse-owned, independent company. This means we are not bound to corporate sales or revenue goals, or any type of revenue sharing, like many of the other case management companies. Positive outcomes for injured workers are what drive our success, and we are proud of this philosophy.
