After a clinical background in Intensive Care Nursing, Ms. Orchard discovered Workers' Compensation Case Management and found herself passionate about it! In February of 2001, she started Orchard Medical Consulting with the goal of ensuring safe return to work for injured employees, while focusing on the employers' bottom line. With her emphasis on customer service, successful outcomes abound. With Ms. Orchard's leadership, the company has expanded nationally and now has staff in 43 states. She is an award winning business owner, but her biggest source of price is winning "Best Places to Work" award several years in a row. That particular award is based solely on employee survey results. Robin was named US Small Business Administration "Women in Business Champion of the Year" in 2009. Because of the team's talent and the results achieved at Orchard, the company has been a Spirit of Enterprise award recipient from ASU, the Impact finalist Award from the city of Phoenix and named "Companies To Watch" by Comerica Bank and the Edward Lowe Foundation.

Erin Finn, BSW, MBA
Vice President, Marketing and Development
Erin has been in the field of rehabilitation for over 15 years. Her background includes office management and hospital liaison services for a major home health hospice agency and office management for a large physical therapy company. She has many years experience working in the field of workers' compensation account management and joined Orchard Medical Consulting in 2004. She graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and obtained her Masters in Business Administration in 2008. Additionally, Erin has an extensive background in crisis management.
